The primary responsibility will be to screen and shortlist candidate profiles for final interviews. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Review incoming resumes and applications for open job positions. Evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements and criteria. Shortlist suitable candidates and schedule them for final interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases and records. Coordinate with internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback. Requirements: 12th / Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Prior internship or experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
