Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update employee databases and records.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Help in drafting and posting job descriptions across job portals.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle basic HR documentation and file management.
• Research HR trends, policies, and best practices.
