Job Description
Administrative Support: Maintaining employee records:Updating and organizing employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Filing and document management:Organizing and maintaining HR documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and compliant with regulations. Assisting with HR projects:Supporting HR initiatives and projects, such as employee surveys, engagement programs, or policy updates. Handling administrative tasks:Performing routine tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing emails. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with recruitment processes:Supporting the recruitment team by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job postings. Onboarding new hires:Assisting with the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have the necessary resources and information to start their jobs. Employee orientation:Participating in or assisting with new employee orientation programs, helping them understand company policies and procedures. Other Responsibilities: Research and analysis:Conducting research on HR-related topics, analyzing data, and providing insights to the HR team. Employee engagement:Participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives, contributing to a positive work environment. Learning and development:Gaining practical experience in HR operations, developing skills, and expanding knowledge of HR principles and practices.
