About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations. If you're eager to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, surveys, and events. Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports. Support the implementation of training programs and track employee development initiatives. Contribute to various HR projects, such as policy development, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure HR practices are in line with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. Strong interest in HR and people management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
