Job Description
As a HR-Intern at Abhishyandh Global Solutions, you will play a key role in various HR functions to support the organization's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment: You will be responsible for posting job openings, coordinating with applicants, conducting interviews, and welcoming new employees to the organization. Employee orientation: You will assist in coordinating employee orientation sessions and introducing new employees to their work environment, ensuring a smooth transition. HR projects: You will support in HR projects by helping develop and implement HR policies and procedures, as well as enhancing existing HR policies to ensure employee satisfaction. Employee records: Your role will involve maintaining and updating employee records, including monitoring and updating employee absence records to ensure accurate documentation. Employee benefits: You will provide assistance in administering employee benefits such as vacation and sick leave, ensuring that employees are well-informed and supported in utilizing their benefits. Employee training: You will contribute to the development and delivery of employee training and development programs, helping employees enhance their skills and knowledge. Employee performance: You will analyze and monitor employee performance, providing feedback and support to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Employee relations: You will analyze data and create reports to monitor employee relations trends, helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
