The Senior Analyst, HR Insights at our organization plays a crucial role in converting HR data into valuable insights that aid in making strategic decisions related to our people. Your responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, OTBI, Oracle HCM, and our new data warehousing solution. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will ensure data accuracy, align analytics with business priorities, and contribute to enhancing reporting and data governance. Additionally, you will support future transformation initiatives, including the transition to Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or similar solutions, thereby shaping the future of HR analytics at our company. Your main responsibilities as the HR Insights Senior Analyst will include creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using various tools, integrating data from systems like Oracle HCM, OTBI, and the enterprise data warehouse to facilitate HR decision-making. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, translate them into data-driven solutions, and ensure that insights are in line with business priorities. Furthermore, you will assist in data preparation workflows, conduct data testing and quality checks, deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and security protocols. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). You should have proven experience in HR data analysis, proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, RStudio, SQL, and data warehousing platforms, hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Oracle HCM), strong communication skills, familiarity with data privacy standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Overall, as the Senior Analyst, HR Insights, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making processes, enhancing our HR analytics capabilities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our reporting and data governance practices.,
