Job Description
As an HR Generalist based in Bangalore (Koramangala) with 1.5 - 2 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to manage HR policies and processes effectively. You will be in charge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, overseeing recruitment and hiring processes. Additionally, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions at all stages. Your role will also involve performance management, conducting new employee inductions, and providing various service letters such as experience, relieving, internship letters, etc. Salary negotiations, conducting background verifications, and managing employee contracts, compensation, and personal data maintenance will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be self-driven, motivated, and confident. High levels of interpersonal skills, ethics, and integrity are essential. Prior professional experience in HR Operations will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore (Koramangala), and you will be required to work on-site.
