Brief Details: Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Promote a positive workplace culture and address any conflicts or issues. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Performance Management: Assist in implementation of performance appraisal systems. Provide support and guidance to managers on performance-related issues. Track and monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. HR Analytics: Prepare HR reports & analysis of HR data to extract meaningful insights and trends. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and completing the recruitment cycle. Orientation & Onboarding of new joiners. Requirements: Qualification : MBA (HR) Years of Experience : 5 to 10 years Experience in Zydus : 2 years Experience / Exposure in (2 points) : Must have knowledge and experience of Human Resource Management.
