Job Description
Job Summary: Live Eye Surveillance is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage and execute day-to-day human resource operations at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and overall people operations to ensure a productive and positive workplace aligned with our fast-growing surveillance operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines Conduct new hire orientations and maintain all documentation as per policy HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal communication Support performance appraisal and feedback processes Administrative HR Support Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and support audits as required Ensure timely issuance of letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.) Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times Candidate Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred) Experience: 13 years in HR operations or as an HR Generalist Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software Sound understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams Why Join Us: Be part of a fast-growing, tech-enabled U.S.-focused surveillance company Take ownership of the HR function in a structured, high-growth environment Work in a modern, well-equipped office with a collaborative team culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
