You will be responsible for analyzing the organization's requirements and identifying suitable candidates through various channels such as phone and email. Your role will involve recruiting individuals and guiding them through the recruitment process. Furthermore, you will need to maintain effective communication and coordination with different departments, provide recommendations to senior management based on employee feedback, and ensure the successful onboarding and training of new employees. Proficiency in basic computer skills and internet usage is required for this role. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the software industry.
