We are looking for an HR Executive in US Staffing (Night Shift) to join our team. The role is based in Bangalore/Hyderabad (On-site) and requires 1-2 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations within the US Staffing Industry. The working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST. Female candidates are preferred for this role, especially those with strong communication skills and a dedication to employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be an Employee Relations Executive focused on enhancing consultant engagement and retention in our US Staffing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with consultants working on US projects - Conduct regular check-ins and promptly address any concerns or escalations - Assist in onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance procedures - Handle grievances in a professional manner, ensuring quick and fair resolutions - Maintain accurate records of all employee interactions and their outcomes - Collaborate with recruiters, delivery teams, and account managers to ensure consultant success - Contribute actively to retention and engagement initiatives Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree (BS or equivalent) is mandatory - 1-2 years of experience in HR or Employee Relations within the US Staffing industry - Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently during night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM IST) - Familiarity with HR tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms would be advantageous.,
