Opportunities : HR Executive - Sourcing Specialist Location : Mumbai, Banglore or Remote We are looking for an enthusiast who would be Managing the End-to-end recruitment cycle and Working closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Qualifications MBA(HR) RESPONSIBILITIES The job would involve the following * Managing End-to-end recruitment cycle. * Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. * Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for various IT/ non IT roles, considering different sourcing channels and candidate pools. * Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates. * Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and organizational culture fit. * Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values. * Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring. * Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status.
