Job Description

Skills: Key Responsibilities Handle Taxation, audit and compliance related grievances. HR Operations: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. Assist in audits and collaborate with external auditors when necessary. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development initiatives. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
