The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits and compensation, exit processes, and internal HR systems. As a key custodian of our culture, you will serve as a trusted resource for our team and ensure a smooth, structured, and inspiring work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation across the organization Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, ensuring consistency across internal and external HR systems Coordinate and manage onboarding and exit formalities, including orientation sessions and checklist completion Oversee all employee lifecycle activities such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns including compensation, benefits, recognition, misconduct, or grievances Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in a timely and organized manner Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills High emotional intelligence and a strong ethical mindset Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance standards, and practices Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment role Why Join Us At Aagey Se Right, you wont just be handling HR youll be shaping how our people feel, grow, and succeed.
