Job Title: HR Executive- Digital and Creative team Experience: 3-5 Years Department: Human Resources Creative & Media Teams Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Technical HR Specialist to support and manage the human resources needs of our creative media team, including videographers, social media managers, content creators, and video editors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes with a strong understanding of creative roles and workflows, ensuring smooth talent management, project staffing, and team development. This role bridges creative expertise with HR best practices to foster an efficient, motivated, and high-performing media team. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: o Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative roles (videographers, social media managers, content creators, video editors). o Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, and portfolio evaluations tailored to creative roles. o Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new creative team members. Employee Relations & Performance Management: o Act as the HR point of contact for creative staff, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment. o Facilitate feedback loops between creative staff and management to align expectations and goals. Project Staffing & Resource Management: o Track project assignments and adjust team deployment based on workload and skill set. Learning & Development: o Identify and recommend training opportunities specific to creative roles (e.g., new video editing tools, social media trends). HR Operations & Compliance: o Maintain accurate HR records o Ensure HR policies are understood and followed by creative teams, adapting policies of creative workflows where necessary. o Manage freelance/contractor onboarding and compliance. Culture & Engagement: o Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture within the creative teams. o Organize team-building activities and creative showcases. Key Requirements Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Media Management, or related field. 23 years of proven HR experience, preferably supporting creative/media/digital teams. Familiarity with roles and workflows in videography, social media management, content creation, and video editing. Strong understanding of creative portfolios, project-based staffing, and freelance contracting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
