We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team in Hyderabad for a full-time, on-site internship. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in managing key HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy development, in addition to providing support for administrative HR tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities as a selected intern will involve bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances, participating in the development of induction and training programs, supporting the development and communication of HR policies, coordinating new hire onboarding activities, providing assistance to staff on HR-related issues, maintaining HR records and employee files, and carrying out necessary administrative duties as required. To be considered for this position, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. While basic knowledge of HR policies and systems is preferred, familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office will be advantageous.
