Job description Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure appropriate candidate sourcing. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and concerns. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisal processes and development of employee performance improvement plans. Support managers with setting employee performance goals and tracking progress. Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records. Address attendance-related issues (e.g., absenteeism, tardiness) and assist in creating attendance policies. Track leave balances (sick leave, vacation, etc.) and ensure compliance with company policies. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels. Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Training & Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance. Support leadership development initiatives within the company. Other HR Tasks: Assist with employee surveys and provide insights on employee engagement. Stay updated with trends and best practices in HR management.
