Role - HR Executive (Female) Qualification - MBA HR Experience - 2 to 3 Years Package - 3 LPA to 3.60 LPA Location - Vijay Nagar Indore Industries - Real State Must Have Familiar with Hiring Process. English Communication is must. Responsibilities and Duties We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companys recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Screening resumes. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Administering appropriate company assessments. Performing reference and background checks. Making recommendations to company hiring managers. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Following up on the interview process status. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Completing timely reports on employment activity. Coordinating exit interviews on terminating employees.
