Job Description
Job Responsibilities Administrative Support: This includes managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and handling HR-related correspondence. Recruitment: Assisting with job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding: Coordinating new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and databases. Data Entry and Reporting: Entering and updating data in HR systems and generating reports as needed. Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of HR-related events, such as training sessions and employee recognition programs. Other Duties: Performing various other tasks as assigned by the HR manager Criteria /Qualifications/Experience required: Candidate 0- 1 year experience .
