Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive/Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns and grievances effectively. Organize employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Monitor attendance, leaves, and work schedules. 4. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback mechanisms. Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance. 5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks. 6. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Conduct or arrange soft skills and technical training sessions. 7. HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain employee records and HR databases. Handle exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
