HR Executive preferably in security services industry must maintain employees minimum wages, PF, ESIC, and other labour law related compliances. It is imperative that the individual has had previously worked in a security firm that does all compliances or a labour intensive firm before Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and hiring security personnel and other employees.
