Timing: 2pm - 11pm IST; 5 Days Working (Mon-Fri)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various functions and levels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment processes and a passion for identifying top talent. This role does not include HR operations (such as payroll, compliance, employee relations, or HR administration).
Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates using various platforms including job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6-10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (BPO or Sales Hiring).

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.

Self-driven with a keen eye for talent and attention to detail.
What We're Not Looking For:

Candidates with primary experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, or employee engagement without a core focus on recruitment.
