Job Title: HR Executive (BPO Hiring)
Location: Malakpet HYD

Timing: 2pm - 11pm IST; 5 Days Working (Mon-Fri)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various functions and levels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment processes and a passion for identifying top talent. This role does not include HR operations (such as payroll, compliance, employee relations, or HR administration).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates using various platforms including job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

  • Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (BPO or Sales Hiring).

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

  • Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.

  • Self-driven with a keen eye for talent and attention to detail.


What We're Not Looking For:

  • Candidates with primary experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, or employee engagement without a core focus on recruitment.
