HR Executive YA EV Technology Private Limited

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team and support daily human resources operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, organized, and capable of managing end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & On boarding

• Manage end-to-end hiring process for roles across departments
• Coordinate job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters
• Facilitate smooth on boarding and induction for new employees

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Support preparation of HR policies and SOP's

Employee Engagement

• Plan and implement internal events, feedback sessions, and surveys
• Resolve employee concerns with empathy and discretion
• Help create a positive and collaborative work culture

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Assist in audit and documentation processes
• Generate HR MIS reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.)
• Prior experience in a startup or EV/tech sector is a plus
