Job Description

Purpose of employment: To manage HR related processes like recruitment, new employee onboarding, time office, salary processing, performance tracking and managing exit. Also address any employee grievances and disciplinary issues. Run employee engagement programs. Reports to CEO/Director Responsibility: 1. Source candidates for open positions using references, job portals, agencies or advertisement 2. Carryour resume screening, preliminary interview and joint interview with HOD/director 3. Send out offer letter to selected candidate 4. Carryout background check of candidate being hired 5. Maintain personal file of employees 6. Counsel the employees who frequently report late on duty 7. Monitor biometric attendance of employees and generate daily, monthly, yearly reports 8. Generate late coming and early going reports 9. Maintain leave records of employees 10. Prepare salary based on attendance and leave records 11. Identify training needs and organise training for all employees, both technical and soft skill 12. Monitor employees" performance record and help management in deciding salary increments 13. Carryout employee welfare and engagement programs 14. Ensure that employee welfare and engagement programs 15.
