Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our HR team, to manage and support various human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR initiatives with the organization's goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

      1.Recruitment and On boarding

    • Draft job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media platforms.

    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for further evaluation.

    • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including scheduling interviews, collecting documents, and issuing offer letters.

    • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new hires.

    2. Employee Records and Database Management

    • Maintain and regularly update employee records in HRMS software and physical files.

    • Ensure accuracy in employee data related to attendance, leaves, and personal details.

    • Manage documentation for new hires, exits, transfers, and promotions.

    5. Employee Engagement and Communication

    • Organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, celebrations, and wellness programs.

    • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to recommend improvements.

    • Address employee grievances professionally and escalate issues when required.

    6. Training and Development

    • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.

    • Coordinate internal and external training programs.

    • Track training participation and maintain training records.

    7. Payroll Support

    • Coordinate with finance/payroll team for salary inputs such as attendance, leaves, bonuses, etc.

    • Help resolve payroll queries from employees.

    • Maintain confidentiality in handling payroll and benefits data.

    8. Exit Formalities

    • Manage the full and final settlement process.

    • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.

    • Ensure proper clearance and return of company property.

    9. HR Reporting and Analytics

    • Generate HR reports on absenteeism, attrition, training, headcount, etc.

    • Present HR metrics to management for strategic decision-making.

    • Support in preparing reports for board meetings or audits.

Required Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2  years of experience in HR or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
