Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Conduct induction for newly hired employees. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Skills And Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in HR, business administration. Must possess a minimum of 6 months- 1 year of experience as an HR executive. Familiar with human resource management systems and applicant tracking system. Experience with full-cycle recruiting. Solid communication skills. Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill. Strong verbal and oral communication skills. Self-motivated and strong analytical skills. Quick learner with a positive attitude.
