Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding & Offboarding Manage the end-to-end onboarding process: documentation, induction, system access, and orientation Coordinate with IT/Admin for asset allocation and system setup for new joiners Facilitate smooth exit processes: full and final settlement, exit interviews, clearance formalities Maintain accurate records for all joiners and leavers Track daily attendance, leaves, and work hours using HRIS/biometric systems Handle queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and attendance Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.) 3. Inter-Department Coordination Liaise with various departments (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.) to support HR-related workflows Ensure seamless communication between departments for employee-related processes Act as a bridge between employees and management for resolving day-to-day issues 4. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and regularly update employee records in the HR management system Prepare HR letters, contracts, and compliance documentation Support audits and ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance 5. Employee Engagement & Support Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives Provide support in grievance handling and employee welfare programs Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 13 years of relevant experience in HR operations Good understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Morning shift Experience: Human resources: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person,
