We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Assist in drafting HR policies and maintaining employee records. Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new employees. Manage employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities. Handle documentation, letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.), and ensure statutory compliance. Address employee queries and grievances professionally. Maintain and update HR databases and reports. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Executive role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Working knowledge of HR software/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
