Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.

    • Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements.

    • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.

    • Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.

  • Employee Engagement & Welfare:

    • Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.

    • Ensure proper communication of HR policies and practices.

    • Handle employee grievances with confidentiality and care.

  • HR Operations:

    • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data.

    • Process payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.

    • Ensure statutory compliance PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.

    • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required.
