Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.

Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.

Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Ensure proper communication of HR policies and practices.

Handle employee grievances with confidentiality and care.

HR Operations:

Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data.

Process payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.

Ensure statutory compliance PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required.
