Job Description

As an HR Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage HR policies and procedures within the organization. You will be in charge of overseeing the recruitment processes, which includes resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, managing employee benefits and compensation packages, and conducting performance evaluations while providing feedback to employees. Furthermore, addressing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management, and managing employee separation processes will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this position, you should possess a degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role.
