Job Summary
A human resource executive must be able to uphold his or her obligations, work independently, and assist in more complex HR activities, such as posting job ads whenever there is a vacancy in the organization, getting in touch with applicants, and organizing interviews.
Responsibilities
1) Understanding and executing staffing requisitions, requirements, and issues from all departments.
2) Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
3) Sourcing candidates via recruitment portals, employee referral policies, and job online advertisements.
4) Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
5) Issuing a Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate
6) Maintain employee leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track of employee attendance/absenteeism and reporting to Operations Manager.
7) Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employee's medical insurance policies Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees.
8) Setting up / Updating / Forwarding email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
9) Attending / Understanding employee'ss grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them
10) Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
11) Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management's approval Organizing training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
Required Skills
1) Bachelor's degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
2) Proven experience working as an HR executive.
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4) The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
5) Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
