Job Description

Salary: 13000-15,000 p.m.
Location: New Delhi
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ): Face to Face
Total and Relevant year of experience: Fresher
Qualification: Graduate any stream

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
-Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
-Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
-Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating interview panels, and providing feedback to candidates.
-Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed, including employment contracts, tax forms, and benefits enrollment.
-Provide support and assistance to new hires during their onboarding process.
-Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and career aspirations.
-Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.

Requirement:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
-Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and HR matters.
