Job Description

Role :- HR Executive
Qualification – Any Graduate
Experience – 2-3 Year of experience or any similar role.
Salary – 15,000/- to 25,000/- CTC Per Month (Depends upon candidate knowledge & Experience)
Preferred Candidate Location – Westernline – Santacruz to virar

Roles & Responsibilities: - HR
- Recruitment Selection, Induction & On boarding Formalities.
- Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievance, Vendor Management, etc.
- Maintaining and updating employee's data of permanent and contract employees.
- Attendance & Leave Management by using Essl Biometric Software.
- Preparation of monthly wages & salary for approximately 100 employees, Managing Salary Advance, loan if any & Over Time Salary calculation.
- Handling All Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus).
- Maintaining Leave record (PL) of permanent and contract employees.
- Monitoring and controlling absenteeism.
- Oversee the HR Administration - employee offer/ appointment, confirmation letters salary letters and employment contracts.
- Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administer requirements update HR policies in line with the business and organization requirements.
- Accurately and timely processing salary every month by manually.
- Maintain Payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data by manually in Excel sheet.
- Addressing employees query related to leave, attendance, and salary.
- Support and assistance to existing and left employees on PF application, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Timely updated new joiners details in the excel sheet along with salary structure.
- Preparing Security Programme, Quality Control Programme, Preparing Airport Audit Report.
- Preparing Training Certificates
