Roles & ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR): Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation. Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address employee queries and concerns in a professional manner. Organize training and development programs. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track performance. Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms. Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Generate and analyze reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for digital assets. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or Digital Marketing. Familiarity with HR software and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus. Creativity and analytical thinking to improve digital marketing performance.
