Job Summary: The HR Cum Secretary will play a dual role, supporting both the Human Resources department and the executive team. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating HR activities, and providing organizational support to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: A) Human Resources Support: 1. Assist in recruitment processes including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees. 3. Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. 4. Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs. 5. Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs. B) Administrative Support: 1) Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for HR and executive staff. 2) Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations. 3) Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses. 4) Maintain office supplies and manage inventory for HR-related materials. C) Compliance and Reporting: 1. Assist in preparing reports on HR metrics, compliance, and other relevant data for management review. 2. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to HR and administrative functions. D) Communication: 1) Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and provide necessary support. 2) Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to facilitate smooth operations. Required Skills: 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software. 6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: 1) Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. 2) Experience with recruitment tools and platforms. 3) Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. 4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5) Qualifications in secretarial training or administrative support.
