As an HR Cum Office Admin, you will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, HR policy implementation, administrative requirements, and ISO implementation within the organization. Your key duties will include shortlisting candidates for interviews, scheduling interviews, hiring finalized candidates, onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and addressing administrative needs. To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduate or MBA-HR/MBA-Finance qualification with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate your commitment to the organization by providing a minimum of 2 years of service if selected.
