Job Description

Location: BKC, Mumbai 6 days working. WFO- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in the diamond industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining compliance with industry and company standards, especially within the sensitive and process-driven diamond business environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support daily HR operations specific to diamond manufacturing or trading environments. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, shift rotations, biometric data, etc.). Assist in recruitment for roles like assorters, polishers, CAD designers, and office staff. Manage onboarding and exit formalities with attention to confidentiality and documentation. Handle compliance with labor laws and regulatory norms (especially in SEEPZ, MIDC, etc., if applicable). Coordinate internal training programs for factory and office staff. Maintain data in HRMS, Excel trackers, and employee engagement logs. Address employee queries and concerns professionally and promptly. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or related field. 13 years of HR experience, preferably in diamond, jewellery, or manufacturing sector.
