Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate with over 3 years of experience in managing dealer relationships within the construction chemical, paint, hardware industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in communicating and selling directly to dealers and distributors for Vito products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors for Vito stone chemical product range within assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to enhance product availability and visibility in the market. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive sales through Marble contractors from dealers. Demonstrate and promote Vito stone chemical product range to Marble contractors. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales, particularly within the dealer-distributor model of paint/hardware/construction chemicals. Proven experience in dealer/distributor management and developing strong distribution networks. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with contractors. Ability to effectively communicate the products USP to contractors. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Work Location: In person,
