Your main responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms, conducting initial interviews with candidates, and facilitating final interviews with management. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing an HR policy manual for the company. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills, hold an MBA in HR, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitments.
