Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Compliance Executive to ensure that our companys HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will support internal audits, maintain employee records, and help implement policies that promote a fair and legally compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures Conduct regular audits of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Coordinate with legal or regulatory bodies during audits or inspections Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) Handle employee grievances related to compliance or workplace policies Support internal investigations regarding code of conduct violations or policy breaches Train HR team members and employees on compliance-related matters Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in HR compliance, labor law, or HR operations Strong understanding of employment laws and HR regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems Working Hours: Full-time (Regular business hours) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person,
