You will enhance communication effectiveness among specialists, elevate team management quality by training both leaders and their teams, and collaborate with a supportive, experienced group of HRBPs who are always ready to brainstorm and implement ideas.   • Collaborate with the CEO on HR processes
  • Drive impactful changes in HR processes based on business needs
  • Address HR requests from the CEO, including projects on training, analytics, management development, and more
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, 1-1s with specialists, and provide quality feedbackFocus on employee engagement, motivation, and retention
  • Monitor team dynamics and implement initiatives to improve team climate
  • Develop and support the company’s corporate culture and values

  • 5+ years HR Manager, HR BP in IT product company
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in IT, with a minimum of 50 employees under HR responsibility
  • Ability to collaborate with direct managers to effectively assess results and business impact
  • Business-oriented and data-driven, with experience in using analytics to make informed decisions
  • Strong self-management, time management, and proactive initiative
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with employees and teams
  • Problem-solving mindset, working closely with business leaders to address workforce challenges and collaborating on solutions
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
