Collaborate with the CEO on HR processes

Drive impactful changes in HR processes based on business needs

Address HR requests from the CEO, including projects on training, analytics, management development, and more

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

Conduct regular performance reviews, 1-1s with specialists, and provide quality feedbackFocus on employee engagement, motivation, and retention

Monitor team dynamics and implement initiatives to improve team climate

Develop and support the company’s corporate culture and values

It’s all about you

5+ years HR Manager, HR BP in IT product company

Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in IT, with a minimum of 50 employees under HR responsibility

Ability to collaborate with direct managers to effectively assess results and business impact

Business-oriented and data-driven, with experience in using analytics to make informed decisions

Strong self-management, time management, and proactive initiative

Skilled communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with employees and teams

Problem-solving mindset, working closely with business leaders to address workforce challenges and collaborating on solutions

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
