Job Description

The HR Business Analyst role involves providing support and project coordination for the Regional HR Delivery function. Reporting to the Regional HR Delivery Business Manager, you will collaborate with HR colleagues across geographies and functions. Your responsibilities will include project support, coordination, and documentation, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project plans, and synthesizing information from subject matter experts. Recent projects you may be involved in include HR Transformation, WTW Work Styles implementation, and Mergers & Acquisitions playbook review. You will also coordinate information requests from HR Centers of Expertise and other functions, manage presentations for the Regional HR Delivery team, and provide general business support like maintaining organization charts and budgets. Additionally, you will assist with tracking expenses, resource requests, and the annual budgeting process for Regional HR. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in HR or Business Analyst roles, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Being detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with strong communication skills are essential. You should also be a team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
