Qualifications: Must be MBA (HR) qualified (Female candidates only Requirement) Language Skills Required: Must be proficient in Odia, Hindi, and English communication. Must be able to draft professional emails in English. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day activities. Arrange and organize daily meetings as per the schedule. Conduct daily training sessions for employees through Zoom meetings. Prepare daily reports and submit them to the Senior Manager. Handle employee queries and support HR operations effectively. Maintain records of meetings, training sessions, and employee performance. Actively participate in hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding tasks.
