HR And Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations Experience in recruiting and onboarding processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and diplomacy Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees Create and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
