As an experienced HR and Operations Manager for our construction company in Calicut, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing human resources and operational functions. Your strong background in HR management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency will be crucial in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals, managing recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee retention strategies. You will also be responsible for performance management, employee engagement, training programs, compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations, as well as addressing employee grievances to cultivate a positive work culture. On the operations front, you will coordinate with different departments to streamline workflows, ensure timely resource allocation, plan the workforce efficiently, and manage sites effectively. Your role will also involve overseeing procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
