Handling all office administrative work Security Services Management Company Employee Transportation Services Management. Pantry Management. First Aid Box Management Checking for adequate stock of medicines, and their expiry period. Managing Security and Housekeeping Staff and their Records Drinking Water Bottle Stock Management & Water Tanker management. Enter the new employee's information into the HR information system (HRIS) , Face Recognize system or any other relevant databases. Leave Data Management Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Earned Leave Co Ordination with Maintenance department for Maintenance and repair works AC, Plumbing, Fabrication, Carpentry Works or General Maintenance. AMCs Lizards, Spiders, Cockroaches, Snakes, Rats, Termites. Verifying Invoices Security Bills, Water bill, Tea & Snacks bill . Factory Round up During the Round up, check the hygiene of toilets, pantry, employees, their requirements and issues, Safety and highlight them to HR Manager. Assisting HR manager in Employee engagement activities Training, Fun-Friday event, etc. Assiting HR manager for EOHS Audit, ISO Audit and Smeta Audit Ensuring PPE is there is stock and is provided to all the employees and visitors. Ordering Office Supplies and PPE Kits - Safety Shoes, Aprons, Caps, Masks, Telephones. Co-ordinating with Waste Management System and team. Ensuring Work Safety is maintained within the plant, and systems and workers are not exposed to hazards. Information about the hazards is provided to the employees.
