Job Description
End to end recruitment process-: Identifying the hiring needs, Planning for the timely hiring, Talent search, Job postings, Hiring from Job Fairs for different locations of Maharashtra. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Employee onboarding and offboarding procedures Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR and admin related matters. Coordinate Administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence, assit in preparing reports and drafting letters etc Oversee general office operations and maintain office upkeep. Field visit as per requirement Male candidates preferred for this position.
