Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our UK team based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including interview scheduling, onboarding, documentation, and coordination of learning & development activities. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in Hire-to-Retire processes and demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering HR services. As part of our team, you will be responsible for: - Managing the Applicant Tracking System and posting job openings on different platforms. - Coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. - Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring all necessary documents are collected. - Maintaining accurate employee records and serving as the primary point of contact for employee queries. - Assisting in uploading and managing training content, creating tracking reports, and coordinating staff communications on learning & development opportunities. - Managing HR administration and operations tasks, including maintaining digital filing systems and supporting document version control. - Generating and analyzing reports related to employee sickness, holiday tracking, and attendance. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the People & Talent Operations Manager and People & Talent Director EMEA to manage diaries, HR reporting, HRMS systems, and issue resolution. You will also work alongside agency teams to address employee inquiries, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain compliance with HR processes. To be successful in this position, you should have: - 5-7 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a multinational or UK-based setting. - Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire processes. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with remote teams is a plus. - Exposure to working with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams is preferred.,
