Job Title:- HR Analyst Location:- Hyderabad (WFO) Shift timing:- 12 noon to 9 PM/2.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST (Drop cab facility available) Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day HR operations and activities Assist in talent acquisition activities from sourcing, scheduling interviews Process employee documentation, including contracts, benefits forms, and employee data updates. Support the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and updating employee records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management programs. Manage HR data and reporting. Assist in preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions Assist in organizing training programs and workshops. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and participant communication. Maintain training records and track employee training completion. Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in investigating employee complaints and grievances. Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends. Skills & Qualifications Good experience in HR Operations, recruitment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset and attention to detail Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR domain Exposure to HRMS like KEKA, GreyHR, etc. is preferred,
