What are we looking for We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrative Support to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Local Human Resources department in Zitro India, by carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, assisting with employee onboarding, and providing backup support to our HR Generalist when needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to handle a variety of responsibilities, and work efficiently to meet the day-to-day needs of the department. What will you do Manage various HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records. Offer backup support to the HR Generalist during periods of absence or high workload. Assist with employee queries and provide general HR support as needed. Provide administrative support to the HR department. Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee documentation and HR files. Help with the preparation of HR reports and presentations as required. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company. Support the HR team during audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in compliance. Follow up the timekeeping system. Perform additional HR-related tasks and projects based on the department's needs. What do you need to join our team 2 years of experience in HR Operations (preferably HR Admin or a Generalist role). A Masters degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent is required with a preference for an advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. Knowledge of HR policies. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proactive and adaptable to change. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
